Technology Design’s specialty is plastic injection molding services. This molding includes both custom parts and mass production. We work with a number of different polymer and rubber materials, and can help consult you on the best materials for your custom product. We are located right here in Vineyard, Utah. Our company does all the manufacturing in house, in America by Americans. Our clients can proudly put “Made in the USA” on all their parts.

Our Vineyard shop is equipped to do custom plastic orders that have no minimums (unlike China), and we can also make daily changes to the quantities, colors and delivery times of each order. Our current lead time is 5 business days. Our largest injection (shot) size is currently 3.5 pounds, which is done in a 500 metric ton press. We also offer our clients hot stamping services for bright, long-lasting logos.

All clients with proper credit approval receive 30 net terms. Along with the short lead times, many of our clients sell their goods and collect their funds before paying us. Because we can provide such rapid manufacturing, most of our clients find that they do not need to warehouse large inventories. Without needing to stockpile you will use significantly less capital to produce your custom part. Our turnkey services will give your company a significant advantage in the market.
